According to Kantipur Daily, Ministry's officials are aware of the fact that their homepage has turned into porn site. Neither Ministry updates it's site nor have moderator to check the comments. Within a year, around 1200 people have left abusive comments, pictures and links and that too is of 303 pages. This page was last updated on February 7, 2006. So it's been year sicne it's last update. So flock, go there and have fun (if you want).
